Annual Pool Membership Dues $500 One-Time Bond Purchase* $500 One-Time Capital Improvement Assessment $150 One-Time Initiation Fee $50 Application Fee $35 * Be sure to read our Bylaws regarding the Bond, particularly Article VIII, Section 3.

2010 Returning Members Annual Pool Membership Dues $500 Payment Due Dates All dues, fees, and bonds must be paid in full by April 15th, per the Bylaws. You can pay in two installments - half due on or before March 1st, and the remaining half by April 15th. Payments can be made by check or via PayPal on the Home page.
