HHSC Board Election — Candidate Slate & Voting Instructions

Our end-of-season All Member Meeting and Board elections are Saturday, August 30 at 2:00 PM on the pool grounds.

?? Per our bylaws, we need 20 members in good standing present in person to reach quorum and hold the election — so please plan to join us! Every attendee helps us get there.

Below is the current slate of candidates for this year's open positions.

No candidate has been confirmed for these seats as of this notice. Per our bylaws (Article IX, §2), nominations from the floor remain open at the meeting — a floor nominee must be present at the meeting or must have signified their intention to accept the office if elected.

? Voting Eligibility
Only active members in good standing are entitled to vote (Article X, §5). Voting is one vote per bondholder/family unit. If you can't attend in person, a written proxy may authorize another adult member of your family unit to vote in your place.

Voting will take place electronically through ClubExpress at the meeting. You will need:
• Your ClubExpress login (username/password)
• A device (phone, tablet, or laptop) to cast your vote
